Terms of Service
Version 2026-06-18
This page is maintained by the DashView operator. It describes app-visible controls and current practices. It is not an independent certification or legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise accessing the DashView platform ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
DashView provides portfolio and project governance tooling for capital works programmes. Features available to your organisation depend on the configuration set by your organisation administrators.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Roles and access within an organisation are managed by that organisation's administrators.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant the operator the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to access another organisation's data, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Features may be added, changed or removed. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where practicable.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to fees paid by your organisation for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the subscription arrangement between the operator and your organisation. Provisions which by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms should be directed to the operator at the contact address published on the Security page.
