Privacy Policy

DashView is operated by the organisation identified on the Security page ("the operator"). This policy describes how personal information handled through the platform is processed.

Account information such as name, email address, and organisation membership; content you submit (project, portfolio, register, document and approval data); and basic technical information needed to operate the Service (such as request logs).

To provide and improve the Service, to authenticate users, to enforce role-based access within an organisation, and to meet legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.

The platform relies on infrastructure subprocessors (for hosting, database, authentication, storage and email). A list of current subprocessors is maintained by the operator and available on request.

Content is retained for as long as your organisation maintains its account, subject to the retention configuration set by organisation administrators. You may request earlier deletion through your organisation administrator.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Requests should be directed through your organisation administrator or, where applicable, to the operator directly.

Where personal information is processed in a different jurisdiction from where it was collected, the operator relies on the lawful transfer mechanisms applicable to that jurisdiction.

Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where practicable, and the version identifier above will be updated.
